Whether you are new or have been doing this for a while, writing content requires a lot of Creativity.
Today, it’s all about technology and the internet seems to be the king of the kings. Businesses are now thriving because they are choosing to promote their products and services through Content Marketing. Now, don’t get me wrong because you and I can get lost easily with loads of content out there, but the easiest thing to do is to stick to your Niche.
Maybe you don’t know what your Niche is, however, stick with content that is interesting, appealing and can add value to your audience.
One way to creating amazing content is going to the grocery store and pick a few magazines you enjoy and start reading the content they have to offer.
The majority of the time, the content provided on there is valuable because the people that write the articles do the research and get paid well to do what they do to find the information they’re after. For example, look at the way the magazine is designed and check out the writing style of the publisher. That should give you a really good idea.
One of my favorite ways to find things to read is going through Pinterest. If you don’t have Pinterest you can always check with your friends or family, and I betcha someone will have an account where they can send you an invite, since it’s by invitation only.
Once you are there you can type in the search bar for whatever it is you’re after. A lot of times, you will see Health, Fitness, Fashion articles attached to pictures you like and when you click on the picture it will direct you to someone’s blog or website. That’s the beauty of Pinterest because you can attach anything on pretty pictures. That’s how they get you. It really works. I always fall for it.. hehe
Another way and don’t laugh but it is through Podcasts. One of my favorites and I am sure I speak of her a lot is Chalene Johnson. She has some power Podcasts, filled with lots of goodies. If you haven’t heard her, you are so missing out! Just Kidding.
But yeah, I love listening to Podcasts because it allows me to do other things at the same time or when I am relaxing I can just sit, take notes and drink my hot tea. It’s really awesome because you are using content that can bring value to other people who may not hear the same message and now you are creating your own version. Pretty cool, huh?
